Anna Bligh, ex-Queensland Premier, has led the Australian Banking Association since 2017, enforcing significant reforms post-Royal Commission. Key in the banking sector's response to COVID-19, she supported customers nationwide. As Premier (2007-2012), she spearheaded economic initiatives and managed disaster responses. Post-politics, she became CEO of YWCA NSW, focusing on safety for women and children. Recognised with a 2017 Companion of the Order of Australia, Anna supports educational and non-profit sectors.
