Steven Skarott, Director of Hotels at Salter Brothers since 2016 and Certified Hotel Administrator, is responsible for leading the Group’s hotel portfolio strategy and performance. Steven has operated best in class hotels for 20+ years and has qualifications from Cornell and Kaplan. He has held roles in leadership, development, and franchising globally including directing operations for 60+ IHG hotels, and being Head of Hotels for AXA Investment Managers.
