Sharon Cook has been Group Executive, Legal & Commercial Services at NAB since 2017. Sharon has over three decades of legal expertise and oversees legal matters, governance, regulatory affairs and customer relations. Previously she was Managing Partner at King & Wood Mallesons Australia and Henry Davis York, driving firm strategy and client engagement. Sharon's background includes roles at Herbert Smith Freehills in London and her qualifications include a BA and LLB (Hons) from the University of Sydney. Sharon is also chair of the NSW Law & Justice Foundation.
